Stewardship Partners
Monroe County Department of Parks (MCP) operates and maintains Highland Park by agreement with the City of Rochester. MCP operates Lamberton Conservatory, Highland Bowl, Warner Castle, the DeForest Sunken Garden, and the Festival Site. The City of Rochester operates Highland Reservoir as part of the municipal water supply system.
Olmsted Parks and the Conservancy Movement
