Ex-officio Board member Brad Hutton is Superintendent of Horticulture for the County of Monroe. He started in the Monroe County Parks Department in April, 2016. He spent five years overseeing operations at Highland Park as Supervisor and now manages horticultural care and maintenance for both Highland Park and Seneca Park. He serves as the County Representative for the Highland Park Conservancy (non-voting), Rochester Olmsted Parks Alliance (non-voting), and the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Board (non-voting).  Brad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Hartford, where he was also a Division I lacrosse player. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys exploring and experiencing the many outstanding parks throughout Monroe County.
